What is your Return Policy?
Any stamp(s) which is incorrectly identified, has damage or faults which are not described or does not meet with your complete satisfaction may be returned within 15 days of shipping for a full refund. We strive to grade our stamps in accordance with standard practices. Please Contact Us prior to returning any stamps.
Will my credit card information be secure?
Your credit card information will be submitted on a secure site. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence. This information will be used for purchases and credits only.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. However, we do charge a shipping and handling fee of $3.50 for normal stamp orders within the United States and Canada. S & H fees are slightly higher for other foreign countries. Supplies and collections may have larger S & H fees due to the size and/or weight.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We accept payment through PayPal. Payment may also be made by check (payable through a United States bank) or money order. Note: If you are paying by PayPal, check or money order, please wait for an email confirmation of your order before sending payment.
Do you have a Layaway Plan for large purchases?
Layaway is available with 25% down and the remainder in three equal monthly payments. Layaway will be termininated, with no refunds, if any payment is over 15 days past due.
How do I order stamps or supplies?
From the home page, click on "Buy Stamps". Click on the "All" category and select stamps or supplies. Once you have selected a category, a pull down menu will appear. Select the subcategory you want to explore. If you have selected stamps, there will be several major subcategories. Select one another pull down menu will appear. From this you can select the final subcategory or country you are interested in. Click on "Buy" for each item you wish to purchase. That item will be entered into your Shopping Cart. You may review your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top right of the page.
How do I finalize my order?
When you have finished with your selections, click the "View Cart" Button at the top right of the screen. Your order and prices will be summarized. You may edit your order at this point or return to the site for more shopping. Then click the "Checkout" button and follow the screen prompts to finish and make payment arrangements for your order.
What is the date format when it appears in your description column?
The format is mm/dd/yy
Where can I find the listing for Wrappers in the U.S. Envelopes and Wrappers subcategory?
Wrappers, with a preceeding W in the Scott No. can be found at the end of the listing.
How do you determine your stamp prices?
Our prices are set as a percentage of Scott catalog values for very fine stamps. Conditions other than very fine, such as extra fine (xf) of fine (f) will have increased or decreased percentages. As new catalogs are issued by Scott, we enter any changed values and our store prices are changed automatically. Faults or other discrepancies as noted in the Description column will lower the calculated price. Conversely, enhancements or other beneficial elements will raise the calculated price. It is very time consuming to check and change values in our large inventory and, occasionally, we fall behind in our updates. Accordingly, we reserve the right to make price adjustments to the listed prices in any order if a new Scott catalog has been issued and prices have not been adjusted. If such an event should occur, the customer will be notified before the order is concluded and paid.
